Test Campaigns

Interested in running a campaign that isn’t listed above? Aboveboard can still help. We frequently serve as law firms’ go-to advertising partner for running test campaigns on emerging mass tort litigations. 

Typically, running a test campaign entails first having an exploratory conversation during which we’ll discuss the litigation and the criteria you’d like us to use to qualify leads. Then, the Aboveboard team will develop a multi-channel test campaign plan and, when possible, provide you with a projected cost-per-lead and/or cost-per-retainer. 

Unlike campaigns for which we have historical performance data, we cannot always predict with specificity the cost-per-lead of a test campaign—but we can promise unmatched responsiveness and transparency as we work to ensure its success.
